Klunk to Host Document Shredding, Damaged License Plate Replacement Event
9/9/2024
HARRISBURG – State Rep. Kate Klunk (R-Hanover) is hosting a document shredding and damaged license plate replacement event for residents of the 169th District on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 9 a.m. to noon in the parking lot of her district office, located at 118 Carlisle St. in Hanover.

“I am happy to provide an opportunity for my constituents to protect themselves from identity theft and financial fraud by safely and securely shredding documents that contain personal information like Social Security and bank account numbers. Earlier this year, I hosted a Senior Scam Jam, so this shredding event is a way to put one of the tips from that seminar into action,” said Klunk. “Local police will also be on hand to facilitate damaged license plate replacements along with my district office staff. I am looking forward to seeing many friends and neighbors utilize these free services.”

Individuals planning to participate in the damaged license plate replacement portion of the event will need to bring their unexpired Pennsylvania driver’s license and current vehicle registration. All Pennsylvania license plates can be processed at this event.

RSVPs are required for the damaged license plate replacement portion only. Please call Klunk’s office at 717-630-8942 or visit RepKlunk.com/Events.
